How closed-loop CAPI works
When a vehicle is purchased or a qualified lead converts, the CDP sends that event directly to your ad platforms via their Conversions API. This trains Meta, Google, and TikTok algorithms on real sales signals — not cost-per-lead clicks. Campaigns optimised on actual purchases consistently outperform. Volkswagen UK saw 3× conversion rate improvement from this alone.
